Great to see our recently complete Bedeck Outlet Store handed over and fully furnished.
Our Duncairn Centre on BBC News!
Our Duncairn Centre project was recently mentioned on the business section of the BBC News website for its use of the innovative aerogel insulation. Aerogel insulation provides high thermal insulation performance with minimal product thickness. This enabled us to retain the existing church wooden panelling to the roof without significantly increasing the height of the finished roof on this listed building.

Just to brighten up your Monday.... here's a few concept sketches of our recently commenced schemes.
100 Great Patrick Street
We recently completed our exciting and challenging 100GPS scheme working with Belfast City Council and McCusker Contracts Ltd to deliver a multifunction facility containing youth spaces, activity spaces, media rooms, meeting rooms, teaching spaces, and offices for VOYPIC - Voice of Young People in Care, Include Youth and VIable Corporate Services. This once run-down industrial warehouse in the centre of Belfast has been given a new purpose and lease of life.

We are looking forward to this Belfast residential refurbishment scheme progressing on site. We'll let you know if we discover any more hidden gems!
Taking shape! Our Social Housing scheme is starting to come together.
The sun was shining yesterday at one of current social housing schemes. Working closely with CONNSWATER and Connolly & Fee Ltd this scheme will provide 16 new apartments including a mix of CAT1 and Complex needs. The build is up to the third storey with the roofing soon to be installed.
We will post more updates as the project progresses.
