Just a quick site update on our Bedeck Outlet scheme which is nearing fitout stage. The detailing is really starting to come together.
Civic Trust Award 2023
We are pleased to receive the award certificate for our An Chroí Community Hub scheme which was annouced as a Regional Finalist in the 2023 Civic Trust Awards.
Working closely with Derry City & Strabane District Council, Hillcrest Trust, Lowry Building & Civil Engineering, Design ID Consulting Limited and ISD Consulting Engineers this scheme provided a high quality civic building focused on enhancing the lifes of Top of The Hill community.

On the Green!
We are kicking off the New Year by sharing some of our early concept sketches of a clubhouse remodelling scheme we are currently working on. We specialise and revel in the challenge of reusing and remodelling existing buildings to ensure we enhance their performance in terms of energy efficiency, asthetics and function.

We were pleased to recently recieve Planning Approval for this modern house extension which will focus on quality craftmanship, materials and natural textures inside the home.
Food production on a large scale!
Works progressing well at new food production facility for Hughes Mushrooms / Hughes Group. Working with CLYDE SHANKS, PMcK - Electrical Contractors & Engineers, BWM Consulting Engineers and Food Process Consulting this large complex scheme was delivered use BIM Level 2 across the design team.
BIM + Virtual Reality!
It was a pleasure to have Nadine, Chris and Jim from CONNSWATER with us yesterday to review project finishes using our VR and BIM software. Our BIM model and VR walkabouts aid the design discussions between client and design team, ultimately delivering a better final building.
