Thankfully there were blue skies and great views, this week, for the installation of a new roof on one of our current refurbishment projects. Out with the old rotted timbers and in with the new!

Bedeck Outlet Store Handed over!
Great to see our recently complete Bedeck Outlet Store handed over and fully furnished.
Our Duncairn Centre on BBC News!
Our Duncairn Centre project was recently mentioned on the business section of the BBC News website for its use of the innovative aerogel insulation. Aerogel insulation provides high thermal insulation performance with minimal product thickness. This enabled us to retain the existing church wooden panelling to the roof without significantly increasing the height of the finished roof on this listed building.
