Units 11-13 Weavers Court

This project will see the refurbishment of three existing industrial warehouses, on the Weavers Court Business Park, into modern open plan office space.

The project is part of a wider development scheme to transform what was formerly a heavily industrialised area into an inviting, landscaped business park in Belfast City Center.  The landscaping will provide plenty of external green space and social areas to enhance the environment of the site.

Our aim for this project is to maximise the amount of natural light flooding into the deep floor plan of the warehouses.  Our approach is to place new large windows into the facades and new skylight windows above.  Each floor is specifically laid out to optimise this natural light.  

New foyers to the front of the existing buildings create a sense of human scale and give the building a new commercial identity as an office space.  They also provide a transitional area between the double height, office space and the external pedestrian space.
