Background
Weavers Court is a campus style business park adjacent to Belfast city centre and the major transport hub of Great Victoria Street Bus and Rail. In 2014 we completed a shell and core office block of some 2000m2 divisible floor space. Since then we have fitted out the building for separate IT companies.
Approach
The floor space was designed to accommodate approximately 100 programming staff with meeting rooms and video conferencing facilities. The client had specific design requirements in keeping with their other facilities around the world. Light fittings were specially designed to suit a specific client requirement.
